About the Conference
On behalf of Mithra Dev Publications, I am Dr. A. Vences Cyril, one of the Organizing Secretaries. We successfully conducted the third International Conference on Educational Transformation: Legal Reforms and 21st Century Global Perspectives, being held on the 29th and 30th of January, 2026. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Dattaprasad Lawande, Vice President, Goa High Court Bar Association, Goa, India for his keynote address in the inaugural session. Dr. A. Veliappan, Head, Department of Education, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tamil Nadu, India; Dr. R. Annadurai, Director, Centre for Educational Research, Madurai Kamaraj University, India Dr. S. Prakash, Principal, Thiyagarajar College of Preceptors, Madurai, Tamil nadu, for their inaugural addresses; Dr. K. Thiyagu, Associate Professor, Department of Education, Central University of Karnataka, India, for his insightful resource person address; and Prof (Dr.) Manoj S. Kamat, Principal, S S Dempo, College of Commerce & Economics, Bambolim-Goa, for his valedictory address. In the second day, Dr. C. Shirley Moral, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, Madurai Kamaraj University, for her wonderful inaugural address and Dr. P. Karthikeyan, Assistant Professor II, Amity Institute of Education, Amity University, Noida, UP, India. for his delightful resource person address. Finally, I extend my sincere thanks to all the organizing Secretaries Dr. S. Venkatesh, Dr. Parthiban, G. Dr. M. Panneerselvam, Dr. S. Raja Kumar, Mr. Siddesh Tari, Panel Members, Session Chairs, reviewers and participants for their wonderful cooperation in making this event a grand success. Thank you all.
